Author Guidelines The manuscript length should be 6 to 15 pages. WJEHR can exceptionally accept shorter or longer manuscripts, provided that the scientific content is of high value. No additional page charges are required if a manuscript is substantially longer than 25 pages. All submitted manuscripts must include the following items: Title - Make sure that the title is specific and concise. Titles should be presented in title case - all words except the first word should be in lower case letters. List of authors, their affiliations, and email addresses - Provide the full names and affiliations of all the authors. Affiliations should include department, university or organization, city, and country. One of the authors should be designated as the corresponding author, and their email address needs to be included. Abstract - The abstract should briefly introduce the manuscript, not exceeding 250 words. Keywords - At least 3-5 keywords or phrases should be included and must be separated by commas to distinguish them. Introduction - The introduction section should provide a context for your manuscript. When preparing the introduction, please bear in mind that some readers will not be experts in your field of research. Main body - the main body part should include the main proposed ideas, results, and discussions. Results: Include the number of observations and the statistical significance of the findings appropriately. Detailed statistical analyses, mathematical derivations, and the like may sometimes be suitably presented in the form of one or more appendices. Present your results in logical sequence in the text, tables, and illustrations. Do not repeat in the text all the data already given in tables, illustrations, or both. Emphasize and summarize only important observations. Each table should be typed continuously with the text. Legends for illustrations/figures should be typed continuously with the text (as shown in the template). Discussion: Emphasize the new and important aspects of the study and conclusions derived from them. Do not repeat in detail the data given in the results section. Include in the discussion the implications of the findings and their limitations and relate the research topics. Link the conclusion with the goals of the study but avoid unqualified statements and conclusions not completely supported by your data. Discussion should be relevant and an unnecessary lengthy presentation should be avoided. Conclusions - Conclusion: A very brief summary note of the work with a concluding remark should be given. This should include the novelty and implication of the work and its contribution to the upliftment of the present scientific knowledge in general. Acknowledgments - You as the author are free to decide whether to include acknowledgments or not. Usually, the acknowledgments section includes the names of people who in some way contributed to the work, but do not fit the criteria to be listed as the authors. This section of your manuscript can also include information about funding sources. References- Number the references consecutively in the order in which they are first mentioned in the text. Identify references in text and legends by Arabic numerals. Only appropriate references should be cited. Generally, for a full research paper, the number of references should not exceed 25. Word Processing FormatsBefore submission, please ensure that your articles are in the form of Microsoft word 2000/2003(doc) or Microsoft word 2007/2010(Docx). These two forms of the articles are acceptable for all of Science Publishing Group journals in order to typeset the articles into SciencePG’s style. Paper Template ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE (300 usd) It is mandatory for authors to purchase the PDF version of the journal (soft-copy). Along with the PDF copy of the journal, authors may order separately Journal hardcopy. Journal hardcopy purchase is not mandatory. Our journals do not have submission fees. If any manuscript is rejected during the peer review process, then the authors do have not to pay any charge. Originality and plagiarism
The authors should make certain that their works are wholly unique, and that if they have drawn on the work and/or words of others, this has been properly credited or quoted in their works. Plagiarism takes many forms, from 'passing off' another's paper as the author's own paper, to copying or paraphrasing substantial parts of another's paper, to claiming results from research conducted by others. Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable. Peer Review Process An editor will do a preliminary reading to assess the merits of the paper before forwarding it to the reviewers. This is done in order to avoid losing precious reviewing time for articles that have no merits at all. Each article is reviewed by at least two reviewers. Reviewers are supposed to accept only items in which they have adequate competence for them to conduct a thorough evaluation. The Chief Editor must be notified immediately if there is a conflict of interest.
Reviewers should submit their reviews using the portal's online submission form, which may be found here. They are expected to offer a clear recommendation for acceptance or rejection of an article, as well as the reasoning for their judgment.
Reviewers should recognize that they are a select group of individuals who have first-hand knowledge of previously unpublished work, and they should take care to protect the confidentiality of any such material to which they are granted access.
Reviewers must examine the approach and outcomes and determine whether or not they can be reproduced in the future.
In order to offer a better understanding of the results, reviewers must indicate any gaps that might or should be addressed by the authors.
Reviewers should give feedback on how the article might be improved in terms of emphasis, style, and length, as well as any other suggestions.
Reviewers must determine whether or whether the references are current, relevant, and in the right format before proceeding.
Reviewers must provide their opinions on the general originality of the work as well as its contribution to the field of research.
The reviewers will be expected to re-review papers that have been re-submitted after making significant revisions. Plagiarism
Plagiarism means the use of any material and ideas developed or created by another person without acknowledging the original source. To avoid any form of plagiarism, each manuscript newly submitted to the journal will be checked regarding plagiarism using iThenticate. The decision on whether a manuscript should be rejected because of fraud or should proceed to the peer-review process rests with the handling editor. The similarity reports are also made available to referees.
Duplicate Manuscript
"Duplicate publication is a publication of a paper that overlaps substantially with one already published, without clear, visible reference to the previous publication"
Citation Manipulation
Only the relevant citations should be used in manuscripts. The addition of references that are not relevant to the work is strongly discouraged. Irrelevant self-citation to increase one's citation is unethical. Unnecessary citation of articles for the sole purpose of increasing the citation of the article is unethical. Unnecessary citation of articles from a particular journal to increase the journal's citation is unethical.
